The Waterside Hotel in Inverness is one of the best located hotels in Inverness. Situated on a tree lined avenue right on the river bank, opposite Eden Court Theatre and only a couple of minutes stroll from the city centre. The Waterside Hotel offers guests a choice to upgrade to their Superior Rooms, which offer river views, larger spaces, more personal touches like bathrobes. One of the Superior Rooms has a roll-top bath that has a view over the river, perfect for making our short breaks extra special.
The Waterside Inverness Hotel also offers accommodation in their Felstead Townhouse situated next door to the hotel. The Townhouse was built in 1830 and has 8 comfortable en-suite bedrooms.

Please be aware we are a busy, vibrant hotel which can be affected by entertainment noise until 1.00am. We advise to pre-book dinner at the hotel before you arrive as the restaurant can be busy.
