The Stronlossit Inn is a cosy little hotel situated in the quaint village of Roy Bridge, 10 miles from Fort William. Enjoy everything you might expect from a highland hotel as well as a very special brand of warm welcoming hospitality.

Enjoy a choice of 10 cosy, comfortable and welcoming en suite bedrooms each with fluffy towels and extra bedding as standard. All bedrooms and bathrooms have recently been refurbished and are decorated in lovely highland rustic colours, mainly of soft browns and beiges. 

The extensive menu at the Stronlossit Inn showcases the local ‘larder’ and can be enjoyed either in the lounge or in the more relaxing restaurant. The bar offers over 80 Scotch malt whiskies and 3 real cask ales on tap daily all year round.

Each of the 10 spacious en suite bedrooms at this Scottish Country Inn feature every modern facility, required by the discerning guest. With many personal touches to reflect the real home from home atmosphere of the hotel - many customers are delighted by its charm and become regulars.

Armchairs covered in warm fabrics add to the overall comfort of the rooms. Crisp white bed linen - a joy to sleep on, with plentiful comfortable plump pillows. Most bathrooms, en suite, have over-bath showers. The attractive toiletries are supplied by a local manufacturer. This, and plenty of white fluffy towels, add to the whole bathing / showering experience.

Family Rooms - the Stronlossit hotel has two doubles that can take ½ foldaway beds which are suitable for children only. These rooms will be on a request only basis.

The simple, uncomplicated, totally consistent quality cuisine at Stronlossit Inn has won many admirers over the years, and continues to attract repeat local and residential repeat guests alike. 

The chef and his team will prepare your meal from a range of local Scottish highland produce, delivered fresh to the inn every day. Fresh fish, shellfish and vegetarian dishes are always on the menu.

Evening meal, Light Bite and Lunch menus are always available. 

Breakfast is served from 8.00 am until 9.30 am.
Meals are served all day until 9:00 pm.

Directions to Stromlossit Inn near Fort William

By Road:
From Inverness:
A82 all the way south via Loch Ness to Spean Bridge. At Spean Bridge take a left onto the A86 and the Inn is 3 miles along this road on the left.

From Glasgow:
A82 all the way north to Fort William, then Spean Bridge. At Spean Bridge take a right onto the A86 and the Inn is 3 miles along this road on the left.

From Edinburgh:
Take the M90 to Perth then follow the A9 North to Dalwhinnie. At Dalwhinnie take the A889 to Laggan, join the A86 road to Fort William and Spean Bridge and travel this road for around 20 miles, looking out for the inn on the right as you approach Roy Bridge.

By Rail:
Take the West Highland Line (Mallaig train) all the way from Glasgow Queen Street to Roy Bridge. The inn is 250 yards from the station, over the railway bridge.
