Welcome to the brand new Scottish Steak Club at Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa. Relaunched on Friday 31st January 2014, the team continues to be as passionate about good, quality ingredients and preparing you the perfect steak, whilst adding a brand new twist to your dining experience.

Combining some innovative fresh new flavours to the menu and using the best cuts of beef from Scotland's most renowned butchers, enjoy the tastiest burger around and your fillet or ribeye of Scottish steak cooked on a Josper grill exactly how you want it.

BURGERS
The team of chef’s have worked hard sourcing the finest blend of Scottish prime beef, with a subtle blend of herbs and spices to give you the perfectly served burger.

CLASSICS
The only pork we buy is produced to the British meat Quality Standard. Outdoor reared, regionally sourced and Freedom Food approved.

FISH
Only the finest wild white fish, caught from sustainable sources around the UK and delivered fresh every day to Scottish Steak Club are used.

STEAK & GRILLS
True to Scottish heritage, the beef served comes from fully accredited Scottish farms and supplied to us by Scotbeef, suppliers to the highest quality retailers in the country. The beef is then traditionally aged for a minimum of 21 days on the bone and hand cut by highly skilled butchers using time-honoured techniques, delivering the perfect Scottish Steak Club experience. All of the steaks and grills are cooked in the Josper Grill, a culinary tradition which began over 40 years ago. The grills natural coals add flavour, greatly enhancing the food being cooked.
