The Inn on Loch Lomond near Luss is a stylish, contemporary Inn which was completely redesigned following a multi million pound refurbishment in 2008. It first opened in 1814, and has retained its traditional charm over the years, serving as a watering hole to generations of travellers, from far and wide. The new Inn at Inverbeg’s 200 year heritage has been honoured. Yet, it now boasts modern accommodation, uniquely stylised public spaces, a fantastic restaurant and bar with furniture in a range of leather, cow hide and of course a roaring fire.

The main building at the Inn hosts 25 rooms. A selection of room types is available from the Classic Loch Lomond and Glen Douglas doubles to the Executive Ben Lomond rooms. If you would prefer to experience a little extra privacy, seclusion and luxury, then why not splash out and reserve one of the deluxe Beach House bedrooms. 

Mr C's For Food - Fish lovers will love the eat-in and take-away fish restaurant. All of the fish served is prepared daily. In sourcing the fish the Inn on Loch Lomond at Inverbeg remains true to its principles of fresh, sustainable fish, simply prepared, locally caught, where possible, and fairly priced.

All of the accommodation at the Inn on Loch Lomond is rustic in style and local materials are blended to create beautifully understated bedrooms full of Scottish flavour and hospitality.

From the warm tones of the fabrics to the hand crafted furniture, the rooms take inspiration from the Loch Lomond landscape. The Inn like charm of the bedrooms are complimented by the modern feel of the ensuite bathrooms, which all have been fitted with a range of contemporary fixtures and fittings.

Just a short walk from the main building is the sumptuous beach house right on the banks of the loch. Select from one of eight luxurious suites, each with its own distinctive style. Think four-poster beds, crisp white linens, wooden floors, chaise-lounges and balconies looking out to the jetty, loch and mountains...the beach house is a very special place to unwind and is perfect for relaxing breaks.

Twin accommodation is available in an Executive Ben Lomond Room. 

The Beach Ben More is ideal for families and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children in the same room. The room features 1 Double Bed and 2 x Single Beds.

A totally new concept in dining, Mr. C's Fish and Whisky Bar/Restaurant celebrates two things that Scotland is famous for, fresh fish and fantastic whisky. With all manner of fishy delicacies, a very extensive whisky list, wines all available by the glass and a fantastic range of real ales - you'll want to try Mr C's. And if you're eating on the run the menu is available as take away as well.

The perfect stop for coffee, lunch or dinner, competitively priced food within stylish surroundings and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Situated on the main A82, just three miles north of Luss, the Inn on Loch Lomond is fast becoming a must stop destination for those simply out for a day trip from the city.

Sumptuous seafood, meat from the grill…burgers and steaks and some of the best fish and chips you have ever tasted…how can you resist dining here.

You can choose to dine within the more traditional restaurant eating area, or the relaxed soft seating with big screen entertainment or the lounge bar area. And with traditional, live folk music every weekend, a few hours can easily be relaxed away!

Location & Directions

Directions to Inn at Inverbeg near Luss

When coming from Glasgow, take the A82 through Dumbarton, and follow the sign for Crianlarich.  The Inn on Loch Lomond is situated 1 mile past the village of Luss. If coming from the M8, exit at Junction 30, heading for the Erkine Bridge. Then join the A82 and continue with the above directions.
