Most of the bedrooms at the Red Lion Hotel enjoy views over the river Thames. Marble is used in the majority of the bathrooms, which are fitted with showers, towel rails, hair dryers and soft white cotton towels. The bathrooms also feature Roger & Gallet toiletries, which are complimentary.

The Red Lion Hotel’s Four Poster rooms have king-size beds and are furnished in an English country style. They contain period features and are complimented with Nina Campbell and Colefax & Fowler fabrics.

Guest may be allocated a room in the Boathouse, The boathouse rooms are more contemporary in design and are situated on the ground floor in the grounds of the courtyard. The boathouse is also pet friendly.

The dining room at the Henley on Thames Red Lion hotel is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner while the bar serves food daily from noon until 22.00pm.

The dining room is open between 07.00pm and 22.00pm Monday to Friday and 08.00am to 22.00pm on Saturday and Sundays.

The Red Lion Hotel has many locations to dine in, from the intimate dining room to the cosy lounges, you can even partake in afternoon tea in the courtyard and soak up the sun.

Direction to The Red Lion Hotel in Henley on Thames

Take M40 to Junction 4. Go left onto A404 and follow directions to Henley. In Henley drive over the bridge, past the Red Lion hotel and turn right into Bell Street, take right again into New Street and follow river frontage to the car park on the right.

Alternatively, exit the M4 at Junction 8/9 and follow directions to Henley.

Warburg Nature Reserve is a tranquil area set high in the Chiltern Hills, perfect for enjoying all that the countryside has to offer, and only 4 miles from Henley.
