The Auchrannie Resort in Brodick has grown from a 16 bedroom guest house in 1988 to a resort now comprising of two 4 star hotels with 85 rooms. The Resort is also home to thirty 5 star self-catering luxury Auchrannie lodges, three iconic restaurants, a destination spa, two leisure clubs with pools, a shop and a children’s 'Playbarn'. It is still developing, having just recently opened 20 new bedrooms.
The Isle of Arran Auchrannie House Hotel offers a more traditional stay with intimate well-equipped bedrooms and open fires burning in the individually designed lounges. The Auchrannie Spa Resort has a more contemporary interior than its counterpart the Auchrannie House Hotel, with funky furnishings and is ideal for those travelling with kids.
Guests have a choice of restaurants and bars to suit every taste and occasion. In the House Hotel, you can sample the relaxed atmosphere of the Brambles Seafood and Grill restaurant. It’s all about the sharing in the flagship restaurant eighteen69, where Scottish tapas is on the menu. Over in the Spa Resort, Cruize Bar Brasserie is open all day for food and drink. Or cook for yourself in one of the Auchrannie lodges.
The Auchrannie Resort is unique with two leisure clubs for guests to choose from regardless of which hotel they have chosen to stay in. Both leisure clubs have a 20-metre pool, sauna, steam room and fully equipped gym. To complete the facilities there is a large children’s play barn and sports hall. Each standard room has a seating area with a large sofa, table and chairs so you can sit back and enjoy the views of either 'Glen Cloy' or Arran's highest peak 'Goatfell'. The Auchrannie Resort’s Chefs use only free range chicken, 21 day hung beef, fresh seafood and all produce is sourced as locally as possible with all meats freshly prepared.

Directions to Auchrannie Resort in Brodick on the Isle of Arran:
The Isle of Arran is located off the west coast of Scotland with regular ferry services (taking less than 1 hour) available from Ayrshire (Ardrossan) and Kintyre (Clonaig). For up to date ferry timetables please visit the Caledonian MacBrayne website.
Train services operate from Glasgow city (55 minutes) as well as Glasgow Airport (65 minutes) and Prestwick Airport (45 minutes) - timed to connect with ferry services to and from Ardrossan.
The Auchrannie Resort is located just one mile from the islands main ferry port at Brodick.
When leaving the terminal, turn right onto the A841 and follow the road through Brodick village for 0.7 miles. As you pass Brodick golf clubhouse (right hand side), the road will bend to the right, immediately after this bend, take the first left for Auchrannie Hotel and Auchrannie loges, or continue on the road for a further 0.1 miles taking the next left for Auchrannie Spa.
For passengers arriving on foot, a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service is offered at Brodick ferry terminal. This must be arranged in advance with the hotel.
