Llanberis is a village in Gwynedd, North Wales, most associated with Snowdon where every year thousands of people come to ascend the highest mountain in Wales or take in the stunning mountain scenery.

Although Llanberis is a village there is plenty to see and do in the beautiful part of North Wales from ancient castles to mountain lakes full of glacial melt water. The village itself is always bustling with activity with a great selection of shops including climbing equipment, crafts, books and art shops. You will also hear the spoken Welsh language in predominance in Llanberis.
